CUCUMBER RAITA Ingredients: 1 cucumber 1 or 2 green chillies (optional) 2 tbls. fresh coriander leaves 1 cup yogurt, whipped 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. roasted cumin seeds 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion Method: Peel and chop the cucumber. Grind the green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix remaining ingredients and serve chilled. |
